Sara is the owner of Volume Hair Studio and a master stylist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. A 2003 cosmetology graduate, she’s passionate about creating styles that leave her guests feeling confident, radiant, and truly themselves.

She’s especially known for her skill in color transformations, extensions, and is dedicated to continuing education to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques.

Sam is a skilled stylist with over two years of experience behind the chair and a graduate of Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy in Worcester, MA. She’s passionate about helping each guest feel confident and beautiful through customized hair color and extension services.

With a strong eye for detail, Sam specializes in blonding, vivid colors, and seamless extension blends. Her creativity and precision allow her to consistently deliver stunning, on-trend results that align with each client’s vision.

Ashlee has been doing hair for 5+ years now & has loved every single second. Her specialties behind the chair range anywhere from a soft blended blonde, to a subtle brunette balayage. Shes a huge fan of a fluffy layered haircut & love my curly girlies as well. Outside of the salon, you’ll most likely find her snuggled up on the couch with her kitties, traveling or at some sort of live music event. 

Dani specializes  in haircutting for all hair textures and lengths. Working with curly clients brings her great joy, as she love teaching them how to embrace and enhance their natural hair. Additionally, she has a passion for providing Brazilian blowouts, helping clients achieve smooth and manageable styles. Her goal is to make every client feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Carly is a talented stylist and graduate of Collective Academy, known for her precision haircuts and elegant updos. She has a thoughtful, client-centered approach and is Sensory Certified, creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest.

With a passion for both everyday styles and special occasion looks, Carly combines technical skill with creativity to deliver results that are both polished and personalized.

Jordan has been the industry for approximately 7 years with a passion for formal styles, highlights, and layered cuts. She strives to empower her clients, making them feel confident and the best they’ve ever felt on their most important days. Shes committed to delivering impeccable results and staying up to date with the latest techniques. When not in the salon, you can find her spending time with her son and other loved ones, reading, drawing animals, and exploring my creativity.

Emma is a recent graduate of Collective Academy in Worcester and is currently training as an assistant at Volume Hair Studio. With a strong passion for all things hair, she’s dedicated to refining her skills and gaining hands-on experience as she works toward becoming a full-time stylist.

Emma brings enthusiasm, a great eye for detail, and a genuine love for the beauty industry to every guest interaction. She’s excited to grow with the Volume team and looks forward to building her career behind the chair.
